Sometimes a little misunderstanding will grow bigger if we do not settle it right away.  Misunderstanding do happened to all of us.  That is normal because it is the meeting of two different people with different understanding and interpretations.  Cause by a little arguments and soon will roots in our hearts that we cannot forgive and forget easily.  Other party opted not to talk so that the conflict will be remained in them and would just die naturally.  Without knowing that the decision of silence causes the other party to spread it around.
We cannot blame those people as they are trying to get some attention and sympathy from others.  That is normal, as we are trying to find some shoulder to cry on when we are down.  Problem is that when the issue is being passes to other person, it can create another story that would make the conflict bigger.  That is the saddest part of life, and will create a big misunderstanding.  Sometimes we have to hear the other side of the story for us to understand the situation and perhaps help the two parties back in good relation.  We do not need to react that much because we are not involved directly to that situation.  Remember we have given two ears and one mouth because God wants us to listened to sides before we speak. It is not right to react that much because we are not the concerned one.
