Our first day of the year as very memorable to us because we started with simple family gathering. We went to the house of my aunt and uncle to celebrate new year’s day with them together with our other relatives. It was a blast because we shared our favorite foods, sing-a-long, laughed a lot and many others. We haven’t done this for quiet awhile because we got busy and some other relatives has misunderstanding. It is not good to conduct family gathering when other relatives is not in good terms (ahhmmm….I am one of them). Well, one thing is for sure, I did not start it.haha!
I am glad that my father, aunts, and uncle decided to have a family gathering last January 1, 2017. We did have a great family bonding. It feels really good to see everybody smiling and no quarrels. I must say that it is so wonderful to start the year with joy, love, and peace with your family and relatives and then to the community. I am also relieved that the misunderstanding and issues I had with my cousin for six long years is now finally over. We can move on with our life without no hurt feelings. Thanks to my family, relatives, especially to God for this wonderful day. Happy New Year everyone!

Even though this is a bit late, still I want to welcome 2014 with this post. My first day of 2014 was a bit tiring because I have just arrived from Bohol. Last year, I stay up until 6 O’clock in the morning of January 1, 2013 but this year, I went to bed at 1 O’clock in the morning. I wanted to stay a bit more and have some fun with my family, friends, and neighbours but my eyes and body are too tired and want to rest. I haven’t been able to have enough rest since I left for Bohol and going back home. My schedule was so busy that I couldn’t take even an hour for a nap.
Anyways, the family welcome the New Year (2014) with a smile. We had our first meal together for the year 2014. It is the family’s routine to welcome the New Year, at our dining table sharing foods that we have ready. It feels really great having meal with the family. The only problem is that the younger brother and his wife and son did not able to celebrate with us because of the bad weather in their area. Their son is just two months old, and traveling with bad weather is not a good idea. Though they did not able to celebrate with us, we still think that they are having meal with us.
So, I welcome the New Year 2014, with positive vibes and positive attitudes. I hope for more blessings, good health and happiness in life.

Oh yeah! Four more months and we will be celebrating Christmas and embracing the New year. Aren’t you excited yet? Well, me I am! I am so excited to these two special holidays because the world are celebrating. This is the seasons of giving and sharing the love and care to each other. That is why we do our best to give something to our love ones, relatives, friends and neighbors. Giving and sharing the blessings that we have received all throughout the year is shown in this season of giving. That is why as early as today, others do shop for presents that they could give on holiday season. And if you were thinking of giving a unique and personalized presents, go for photo holiday greeting cards. You can put your family picture with nice greetings on it. Or make a design that would fit to the one receiving the card. Isn’t it awesome? I am pretty sure that the one who receives this holiday cards greeting would be very happy and smiling.
